SafeGrow began as a collective of Palestinian women and allies in Cairo responding to urgent evacuation and cash-aid needs. When it became clear families would remain in displacement, we asked a new question: What if, instead of one-time aid, we could help rebuild livelihoods? Rooted in lived experience and strengthened by global allies, we transform resilience into opportunity and solidarity into lasting change – creating pathways for displaced Palestinians to build sustainable, meaningful futures.
VISION
A thriving Palestinian diaspora where creativity, dignity, and solidarity sustain lasting futures.
MISSION
We are a women- and Palestinian-led collective creating pathways to dignity and renewal. SafeGrow provides no-repayment grants, mentorship, and resources to help displaced Palestinians build sustainable, meaningful livelihoods through business creation, creative enterprise, and community support.

This program supports displaced Palestinians who want to create small, local businesses. From food carts to artisan craft stalls, SafeBuild provides the financial resources, equipment, and mentorship to get these ventures off the ground and generate income quickly.
For displaced Palestinians skilled in fields like graphic design, photography, or coding, SafeConnect provides a pathway to remote or freelance work. We offer essential tools like laptops and cameras, help build professional portfolios and resumes, and connect individuals with international mentors who guide them in marketing and online engagement - empowering them to promote their skills and grow their businesses independently. We can also help those displaced connect with local businesses that might want to hire them.
SafeRevive helps displaced Palestinians who have existing businesses to relaunch those businesses through providing them with necessary tools as well as mentorship so that they can tap into new markets with their existing businesses.
Through these programs, SafeGrow bridges the gap between local businesses and displaced Palestinians in need of work, while offering international supporters a meaningful way to contribute to long-term solutions.
